ABOUT BRIAN

I am a film photographer based in Portland, Oregon. It is safe to say that I love photography to my bones! I use a combination of a fine art approach and documentary style to create images that have depth, connection and a feeling of beauty. The most important thing to me when working with a couple or client is that they feel utterly comfortable and connected to that moment. I have found this state leads us both to creating the most authentic and beautiful photographs together. Those moments are truly timeless. 

I have been fortunate to study under and learn from the best film photographers from around the world - namely, Erich McVey and Tec Petaja. Surrounding myself with strong creative mentors has enabled me to dive more deeply into my craft as well as inspired me to be more in-tune with my own photographic voice.
